If officers recommend that this application is granted, then please can it come to the planning committee for discussion.
I would also like to request that the officer working on this application visits both 13 and 17 Dean Court Road so they can see in-person the extent to which the back of these properties would suffer from these MPCs, particularly as the new dwelling would be built on an upward slope:
• Overlooking/loss of privacy
• Loss of light or overshadowing
This proposed new home is clearly an overdevelopment which would also result in loss of amenity for number 15 with a much smaller garden than you’d expect for a family home of this size.
